Well welcome back to me!!!
It has definitely been quite some time. Let me tell you folks, the best laid plans of mice and men always seem to go awry. And I will say now, I had good plans to blog throughout the wedding planning process with all the tips, shortcuts, and helpful hints I encountered BUT things got crazy and I didn't do the greatest job. At all.
And so I'm thinking I will STILL go over some of the things I experienced because it could be beneficial for someone, someday. For right now though I'm gonna start updating my friends and few readers on my married life.
LIFE. IS. GREAT!!! Of course I'm sure this is how all Newlyweds feel.
It does seem though that once Zack and I said "I do" life was like, "Buah ha ha!!!! Just wait!!!" But of course, I am super excited for our future together.
We want to get into a house. Soon. But it's a lot of work. Fo' reals. That's probably the most work right now. Pre-approvals, house hunting, more budgeting, and so on. But that's not a downer on married life; it's a downer on the world.
Post-Marriage is fun. I love walking into a room and seeing Madden and (sometimes) Cia cuddled up with their daddy. Our apartment, I will admit, is a disaster. It looks like a little tornado came through and tossed everything around. Twice. So..... cleaning time!!! On top of that it's just nice knowing I have this beautiful man all to myself forever.
I do want to publically announce I'm changing my blog name. Can't really have it called "Becoming Mrs. Burnett" if I already am. Well not technically, name changing is a pain.
I love, love, going through the few pictures I have seen of the wedding. I'm anxious to see the others taken by the photographer.
As happy and exciting as the beautiful day was for me I'm thrilled it is over. No mas planning!!!!
Well hopefully I'll do a better job blogging about my wife-life from here on. Wish me luck!!!
