The whole basis of this is... I love cooking. Something you should know about my cooking... I don't actually "follow" recipes. I either leave out stuff, add something of my own, change measurements a bit, I'm a little out of control. However, when trying something new I try and stay pretty close so I can see what can be done.
Another reason I've decided on this is I know I'm not alone in the fact that I.LOVE.PINTEREST. I find so many nummy (and also extremely not nummy who came up with this!?!?!) recipes. Problem is sometimes they just... stay there. They go weeks, months, maybe even a year just sitting on my virtual board waiting to be used. So a while back I made it a personal goal to try at least one of these recipes a week. It's going great so far!!
Recipe Wednesday will be meals that I deem worthy to fill you in on. (Pinterest or not) I'm hoping as I get further into this that I'll get some suggestions from readers as well as maybe a chance to review some of your own personal recipes?? We'll have to see when we get there. :)

Now that the long (kinda boring) intro is over let's get started!!!
Our first entry is dedicated to this little gem titled "Bubble Pizza". The link I found comes from here. I originally made this recipe last week for my nanny fam and shortly after getting home I received a text from my boss that read, "Pizza is delicious!! Husband says you can make it anytime!!" To which I replied, "I'm glad!! Good thing it's easy!!" And really, it is phenomenally easy.
I made it for MY family this Monday and guys, it really is delicious. Granted it's not the most "amazing" pizza, it's still pizza and (unless you're my husband ;) ) there's not really a way to mess it up.
- Canned Biscuits (Cans depend on how many you're cooking for. We used 2 cans and it fed 4 of us with some left over.)
- Pepperoni (or any other toppings you like)
- Pizza Sauce (I use Contandina Pizza Squeeze.)
- Cheese
- Garlic Powder
- Parmesan
- Vegetable Oil/Cooking Spray
- Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
- Get a pan and either rub some oil or spray the cooking spray on it.
- Cut a biscuit into little pieces. The original site said into quarters but I cut it into smaller pieces. Probably like 1/8. Do this 'til the pan is full.
- Sprinkle on the parmesan and garlic powder.
- Put some pizza sauce on. A lot, a little, any brand. Whatever floats your boat.
- Add the cheese, pepperoni, and any other toppings you want.
- Cook for 20 minutes and.....

| Done!!! Beautiful!!! |
While I was making the pizza I realized that the pan I had was huge but still had another can of biscuits to use. (I had 3 originally.) this was my thought process....
*Well the Parmesan and garlic smelt in beautiful in itself so maybe I'll make some breadsticks with it.*
*oh and I can put cheese.*
*but maybe a dessert pizza would be good too.*
*Yeah!! I could do cinnamon and sugar.*
"Some chocolate chips would be delectable."
*and I can make some cinnamon roll icing.*
"marshmallows would be interesting.... Naaa next time though.... With graham crackers. Yes. Can't wait. No icing for that though.*
All that led to this.....
Now I'm kinda hard on myself when it comes to cooking but this, oh. my. gosh. I couldn't get enough of it.

| Compliments of yours truly. |
And the kicker is, since I already had a little bit of everything it only really cost ONE DOLLAR. (Pillsbury biscuits were on sale last week.)
- Oil/spray a pan and lay those biscuits eights down.
- Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar. (I have this already made shakers filled with this duo because we put it on toast all the time. You'll use about 3/4 sugar to 1/4 cinnamon. Exact amounts depend on your size of shaker.)
- Pour some melted butter on it and add more of that cinnamon and sugar.
- Trickle on the chocolate chips and cook at the 400 degrees for about 12 minutes.
- Take out and prepare for the icing.
For the icing part of this recipe I had a little dilemma. I followed a recipe (that was my problem ;) ) and I just didn't like it. I tried adding extra of the ingredients, adding my own stuff and it just... wasn't going to work. But I really, REALLY wanted the icing. So I looked in my fridge and thought to myself, what on earth can I use?? Then I made a decision that could have gone horrendously wrong.... Melt some pre-made buttercream frosting. I did this (I had Pillsbury on hand) and it worked; oh it worked.
And what's great is this can compliment any meal. So try this out and let me know what changes you made, how you liked it, and if you'd do it again!!
- So for the icing, grab some spoonfuls (depending on how much icing you want) nuke it and drizzle on the cooked treat.
